The Mission: Code Autonomy

In an era of "platform-as-a-service" and data harvesting, the simple act of owning your stack has become a radical pursuit. Code Autonomy is a technical log dedicated to the art of self-hosting, digital sovereignty, and building systems that you actually control.

Why Autonomy?

Most of the modern web is "rented." We rent our social presence, we rent our newsletters, and we rent our audiences from platforms that can change the rules—or the pricing—overnight.

This site is my personal experiment in doing the opposite. It is:

  • Self-Hosted: Running on independent infrastructure (Hetzner) via Docker.
  • Privacy-First: No invasive trackers, no third-party scripts, and no "leaking" of visitor data to big-tech CDNs.
  • Open Protocol: Distributed via RSS and email, ensuring the connection between writer and reader remains unmediated.

What to Expect

I write for the curious developer, the self-hoster, and the digital minimalist. My posts are a mix of:

  • Deep Dives: How to deploy and harden open-source tools.
  • Philosophy: Why the decentralization of the web matters in 2026.
  • Logs: Real-world documentation of the "breaking and fixing" that comes with managing your own server.

Own Your Stack

The goal isn't just to build a blog; it's to build a blueprint for others to reclaim their digital space. If you value independence, I invite you to follow along.

Own Your Stack

This site is currently running on a 2GB Hetzner instance. Total monthly operating cost: roughly the price of two coffees.
